Before you sign up: Read these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy. Paid purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Use the free trial, where offered, before deciding to purchase.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
When signing up, you must expressly accept these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the library or business you register. Provide accurate account and contact information. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a plan.
2. The service
Mlibrary provides library-management software. Features, usage limits, staff access and branch limits depend on the plan displayed at purchase. Your library remains responsible for its own student memberships, fees, receipts and communications. Purchasing Mlibrary does not purchase a seat or membership at an individual library.
3. Account security and student information
Keep credentials private, grant staff only necessary permissions, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for having the necessary consent or other lawful basis to upload and use student contact details, photographs, identity documents and other records. Review our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
4. Trials, plans and payments
The signup offer currently provides a 30-day free trial without a card. A trial is not a paid purchase or a promise of permanent free access. Review the available plan, price and billing period when purchasing or renewing. Only separately authorised recurring-payment arrangements may debit automatically; creating a trial account does not authorise automatic payment.
5. Non-refundable purchases
All paid subscriptions, renewals, upgrades and add-on purchases are non-refundable and non-proratable, except where a refund or reversal is required by applicable law. Change of mind, non-use, early cancellation, library closure or unused days do not qualify for voluntary refunds. See the Refund Policy for payment errors, mandatory legal remedies and earlier purchases. No provision here waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorised access, malware or infringement of another person's rights. Do not access another library's records, bypass security controls, or resell access without permission.
7. Data and intellectual property
Your library retains its rights in the records it supplies. You authorise processing needed to provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. The software, brand and interface remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a plan grants permission to use the service, not ownership of its software.
8. Availability and account access
Maintenance, outages and technical problems can interrupt access; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted when a trial or paid term ends, or where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, abuse or security risks. Contact support about account or service problems. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and non-excludable remedies.
9. Updates and previous purchases
Revised policies will show their effective date and version. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove expressly promised rights for an earlier purchase. A later purchase or renewal must be assessed against the terms disclosed for that transaction, together with applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to any mandatory rights, remedies and jurisdiction rules that apply. Contact us to seek a resolution; doing so does not prevent you from using a lawful complaint, dispute or other remedy.
